Dan Brennan, Lead Broker
Mr. Brennan has over twenty-five years of experience in information technology, including over fifteen years focused exclusively on helping clients ensure the success of large technology investments.
Prior to A-Frame, Mr. Brennan was the Founder of GCi, a company focused on helping clients manage large, complex information technology (IT) projects. GCi merged with two other companies to form A-Frame.
Mr. Brennan was also founder of an industry leading software publisher and held senior management positions at KPMG (now BearingPoint) and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Mr. Bennan has defined requirements, selected vendors and negotiated contracts and licenses on behalf of dozens of clients, with total contract values exceeding $1B. Services have been provided on behalf of mid-market clients as well as industry leaders such as: the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Bay Networks, Comcast, De Lage Landen, Digital, JCPenney, Morgan Corporation, Saint Gobain, Subaru, Synthes, The Jackson Laboratory, QVC, West Pharmaceuticals and Xerox.
Mr. Brennan, holds a BS from the University of Scranton; he is a recognized thought leader in IT project management and risk management; he has taught accredited courses to CFO's on technology investment management; has presented at numerous industry events; was featured in a CNN special report on the high incidence of failure of large technology projects; and has contributed to articles in CFO Magazine, CIO Magazine, InformationWeek, Treasury & Risk Management, Computer Software News and Financial Executive Magazine.
Mike Kovach, Principal, Cloud Architect
Mr. Kovach has over twenty years of experience delivering global enterprise technology solutions to clients.
Mr. Kovach began his career at GE Aerospace, where he played a key role in the Advanced Architecture Group (AAG), evaluating emerging technologies for use on classified government projects. Mr. Kovach also led workshops on Six Sigma practices within the AAG.
After leaving GE, Mr. Kovach joined Aston Brooke Corp., a regional boutique consulting company, specializing in highly scalable, enterprise systems. He was the Chief Architect for Aston Brooke, solving complex technology issues with world-class solutions for clients such as Astra Zeneca, Mobil Oil, Glaxo Smith-Kline, Bank One and Ford Motor Company. Mr. Kovach was named as the lead inventor on a patented software system used to handle E911 calls for cellular telephone location. Aston Brook was recapitalized as FullTilt Solutions in April of 2000, when Mr. Kovach was named Senior Vice President of Technology. As SVP of Technology, he was responsible for all architecture and delivery across all FullTilt projects nationwide.
In May of 2006, Mr. Kovach founded Blue Ray Consulting LLC. Blue Ray provided global architecture, integration design and project management services for Fortune 500 clients.
Mr. Kovach holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Scranton and has completed MBA coursework at St. Joseph's University. He has led industry workshops on integration and regularly participates on technology panels and CTO round table discussions.
